Aisha reported that
Allah's Messenger ﷺ said

The angels were born out of light, and the jinns were born out of the spark of fire, and Adam was born as he has been defined (in the Quran) for you (he is fashioned out of clay).

Book 42 Hadith 7134

002:030 And (mention, O Muhammad), when your Lord said to the angels, "Indeed, I will make upon the earth a successive authority." They said, "Will You place upon it one who causes corruption therein and sheds blood, while we declare Your praise and sanctify You?" Allah said, "Indeed, I know that which you do not know."

015:026-27 And We did certainly create man out of clay from an altered black mud. And the jinn, We had created before, from the fire of a scorching wind.

015:028-29 And (mention, O Muhammad), when your Lord said to the angels, "I will create a human being out of clay from an altered black mud. And when I have proportioned him and breathed into him of My (created) soul, then fall down to him in prostration."

002:031 And He taught Adam the names - all of them. Then He showed them to the angels and said, "Inform Me of the names of these, if you are truthful."

002:032 They said, "Exalted are You. We have no knowledge except what You have taught us. Indeed, it is You who is the Knowing, the Wise."
